Customise Your Procedure Header

Configurable Procedure Header

You can now customise the procedure header to match the needs of your teams and specific use cases.

What’s New:

• Users can hide or rename existing header fields from details tab in procedure templates for better clarity and relevance.

  

• You can now add custom fields from:

  • Work Orders

  • Assets

  • Connections

• These custom fields will appear in the procedure header, helping technicians and customers see key context up front.

• Internal-only custom fields are excluded from external procedures, ensuring sensitive data is not exposed to customers or external users.
