You can now create Internal Procedures to keep certain documentation hidden from customers, even when linked to external work orders giving users better control over what information is shared.

Internal Procedures

You can now create Internal Procedures to document information that should not be visible to customers, even when attached to external work orders.

What’s New:

  • A new “Internal Procedure” toggle is available when creating a procedure form.

  • When this toggle is enabled:

    • The procedure is marked as internal-only

    • It will not be visible to customers, even if attached to an external work order

  • Once a procedure is created as internal, it cannot be converted to external later (and vice versa).

Once a procedure is created as internal, it cannot be converted to external later (and vice versa).

    Use Cases:

    • Record internal-only steps or information that is part of a work order but not meant for customer viewing

    • Maintain a clear separation between customer-facing and internal documentation

This feature gives users more control over the visibility of their procedural content while supporting transparency where appropriate.
