Add Multiple Signatures in Procedure Instances

You can now add multiple signatures within a single procedure instance, allowing you to collect confirmations or approvals from multiple stakeholders during the procedure execution.

How it works:

  • In the procedure template, there's a setting in the signature modal:
“Allow users to add more signatures”

    • When this is checked, users will be able to add additional signature blocks while filling the procedure.

  • In the procedure instance, users can add signatures by clicking “Add Signature” within the signature section.
