A Public Customer Portal Link can now be shared directly from Company Settings, giving external users access through a branded login page. Users can sign in or request access automatically, making onboarding simpler and more professional.
Public Customer Portal Link & Branded Login Page
Users can now easily share a Customer Portal link directly from the General tab in Company Info under Settings. This link opens a branded login page for the Customer Portal, offering a simple and professional entry point for external users.
How it works:

External users can sign up or sign in through the branded Customer Portal login page.

If the user already has access to shared assets, they will be taken directly to those assets upon login.

If the user does not have access, a connection request will automatically be sent to the portal owner upon signup or login.
