Closed Work Orders also remain visible in the Scheduler, allowing full visibility while preventing edits to closed items. Written by George Newman October 26, 2025 ### **Public Portal Landing Page Link in Customer Portal Emails** Customer Portal emails now include a **direct link to the Public Portal landing page**. This is a **branded sign-in page** designed to give customers the look and feel of logging into your **OEM’s own portal**, creating a more professional and seamless experience. ### **Closed Work Orders on Scheduler** **Closed Work Orders** will now remain visible in the **Scheduler**. This provides a complete view of both active and completed work, helping with planning, tracking, and historical reference.
