Improved usability and control with click-to-copy addresses, stricter closed work order rules, enhanced activity logs, and safeguards for finalised procedures.

Minor Improvements & Behaviour Updates

We’ve made a series of small but meaningful improvements to enhance clarity, usability, and control across the platform.

Click-to-Copy Address

• The address is now clickable to copy in the following views:

  • Connection detail page

  • Customer Portal

  • Branded Portal landing page

Customer Restrictions on Closed Work Orders

• Customers can no longer edit custom field values on closed work orders from the detail view in the Customer Portal.

  A clear message is shown to indicate that closed work orders cannot be modified.

Activity Logging for Multi-Select Custom Fields

• Activity logs will now capture changes made to multi-select custom fields, ensuring accurate audit trails and better visibility into updates.

Delete Button Disabled for Finalised Procedures

• Once a filled procedure is finalised, the delete button will remain disabled, preventing accidental removal and preserving record integrity.
