Here's a quick walkthrough of the steps below. ### How do I add a new asset? **Navigation:** Open your Field Service workspace, then select **Assets** from the sidebar. 1. Click the **+ Add Asset** button in the top right corner. 2. Choose to create a new asset from scratch or from a product. 3. Complete the required fields. 4. Click **Create Asset**. The new asset will appear in your Assets list. ### What fields are required when creating an asset? - **Asset Name (Required):** Enter a name for the asset - **Serial Number (Required):** Enter a unique identifier. Products let you predefine fields to create assets quickly and consistently. 1. Click **+ Add Asset**. 2. Select **Create from Product**. 3. Choose the product from the dropdown. 4. Complete the required fields (Asset Name, Serial Number, and optionally Asset Type and Company). 5. Click **Create Asset**. Click **+ Add Asset**. Select **Create from Product**. Assets created from a product display the product model as a tag to indicate their origin. ### How do I configure asset types? 1. Go to **Settings** in the sidebar. 2.
