Navigate to the Customers module and select “Add a customer” 2. Select one or more teams from the Assign team dropdown 1. When Super Admin is adding a customer, assigning a team is optional. 2. When an Admin who is not part of any team is adding a customer, assigning a team is optional. 3. When an Admin who is part of a team is adding a customer, assigning a team is required. Admin must select at least one team from the list of teams to which the admin is assigned. 3. Select ”Add facility” to create the facility with a team(s) assigned. 1. All the Production lines and machines of the facility will be added to the team. 2. The team(s) will see the work orders from the customer.
