Written by George Newman December 22, 2025 ### How do I create a product? **Navigation:** Open your Field Service workspace, then select **Products** from the sidebar. 1. Click the **+ Add Product** button in the top right corner. 2. Complete the product details. 3. Click **Create Product**. Click the **+ Add Product** button in the top right corner. Open the product you want to add documentation to. 2. Go to the **Documentation** section. 3. Click the **+** icon. 4. Select **Upload** from the dropdown. 5. Choose files or folders to upload. 6. Click **Upload**. Open the product you want to add documentation to. Go to the **Documentation** section. Click the **+** icon. Select **Upload** from the dropdown. Choose files or folders to upload. Click **Upload**. Documentation added to a product is inherited by all assets created from it. ### How do I assign parts to a product? 1. Open the product you want to assign parts to. 2. Go to the **Parts** tab. 3. Click **+ Add Part**. 4. Select parts from your inventory. 5. Click **Save**. Open the product you want to assign parts to. Go to the **Parts** tab. Click **+ Add Part**.
