Written by George Newman January 29, 2024 ### **Assign Machine to the Team** **Steps:** 1. Navigate to Users & Teams in the Company Settings and click on “Teams”. 2. Go to the team that you want to assign the production lines to. 3. Select the Machines tab. 4. Select “+ Assign machine”. 5. Select one or more machines from the dropdown. 1. If an Admin user is already a member of a team, they will only see the machines that other teams to which they belong have access. 2. Admins will also see the machines that are assigned to their other teams and are not part of any facility. 6. Select ”Add machine” to add the machine(s) to the team. 7. The team tag will be added to the machine detail view. 1. Team members will also have access to the machine’s facility in the Facilities module incase the facility was not added to the team. In the facility, team members can only see the machines that are assigned to their team. 2. The members can see the work orders for the machines.
