Written by George Newman December 22, 2025 ### How do I edit a company? **Navigation:** Open your Field Service workspace, then select **Companies** from the sidebar. 1. Open the company detail page for the company you want to update. 2. Click the **ellipsis (three dots)** icon in the top right corner of the page. 3. Select **Edit** from the dropdown menu. 4. A modal will open where you can update the following fields: - Company ID - Company Name - Company Type (Supplier, Customer, Distributor) 5. Click **Update** to save your changes. Open the company detail page for the company you want to update. Click the **ellipsis (three dots)** icon in the top right corner of the page. Select **Edit** from the dropdown menu. A modal will open where you can update the following fields: Company ID Company ID Company Name Company Name Company Type (Supplier, Customer, Distributor) Company Type (Supplier, Customer, Distributor) Click **Update** to save your changes. ### How do I delete a company? You can delete a company in two ways: **From the ellipsis menu:** 1. Click the **ellipsis (three dots)** icon in the top right corner of the company detail page. 2. Select **Delete** to initiate deletion. Click the **ellipsis (three dots)** icon in the top right corner of the company detail page. Select **Delete** to initiate deletion. **From the edit modal:** 1. Open the Edit modal as described above. 2. Click the **Delete Company** button inside the modal. Open the Edit modal as described above. Click the **Delete Company** button inside the modal. A confirmation prompt will appear in both cases. Confirm the action to permanently delete the company. ### What happens when I delete a company? This is an irreversible action.
