Written by George Newman December 22, 2025 ### How do I access My Assistants? **Navigation:** Open your Field Service workspace, then select **AI Assistants** from the sidebar. ​ All AI Assistants created by your organisation will be listed under **All Assistants**. A **Tesla Assistant Demo** is also available for quick testing and learning. ### How do I view and edit an Assistant? 1. Click on any assistant card to open the **Assistant Detail View**. 2. Here, you can: - Update the assistant's **name** and **description**. - Add or remove **documents** linked to the assistant. 3. Click **Save Changes** in the top right corner to apply updates. You can interact with assistants in two ways: - Click **Ask AI** at the top to go to the chat page with the assistant preselected. - Click **Start Chat** directly on the assistant's card to go to the chat page with the assistant preselected.
