Written by George Newman Updated over a week ago ### How do I send a quote or invoice by email? 1. Open the quote or invoice and click **Send**. 2. Choose the sender. If your company email is configured in Makula, you can send from it. Otherwise, use the default Makula email. 3. Click **Send**. Open the quote or invoice and click **Send**. Choose the sender. Anyone with the link can view the quote or invoice, so only share it with the right people. - Once sent, the status automatically changes to **Sent**. - The contact from the first **To** address is linked to the quote or invoice. - If you send from your company email, you can reply on the same email thread. Invoices also include your payment details. ### How do I see what my customer sees? Click the **ellipsis (⋯)** in the top right and select **Preview** to see what your customer will see when they open the link in your email. Actions such as Approve are turned off in preview. ### Where can I see what has been sent? - The **Emails** tab shows every email sent. - The **Activity Log** tab shows sends, status changes, PDF downloads and customer actions.
