This article explains how you can manage your email notifications. Written by George Newman November 9, 2023 On the Makula platform, each user can also set what types of email notifications they would like to receive. **NOTE**: Keep in mind this applies only to individual users, you cannot toggle on/off someone else’s email notifications. ### **How to Manage Your Email Notifications** In the Notifications under the Personal Settings, users have the option to choose the email notifications that they wish to receive. You can disable and enable email notifications for when: - A work order is assigned to you - A status changes on a work order assigned to you - Added as a follower on a work order - Internal notes are added to a work order assigned to you - You are mentioned in an internal note on a work order A work order is assigned to you A status changes on a work order assigned to you Added as a follower on a work order Internal notes are added to a work order assigned to you You are mentioned in an internal note on a work order **Steps:** 1. Go to Main Settings and **Notifications** under the Personal Settings. 2. Toggle **on/off** to Enable/Disable all Email Notifications or when toggled ON, select the emails you do want. 3.
