They use artificial intelligence to search through your documentation and provide relevant answers, helping technicians and team members find information quickly without manually searching through files. ### How do I access AI Assistants? **Navigation:** Open your Field Service workspace, then select **AI Assistants** from the sidebar. ### Why use AI Assistants?
