Quotes and Invoices lets you prepare commercial documents for your customers directly in Makula. You can:

  • Create quotes and invoices for a customer

  • Price them with line items, parts, packages, markups, discounts and taxes

  • Link a work order and purchase orders

  • Send them by email with a PDF and a unique link

  • Let your customers approve quotes or request changes online

  • Convert a quote into an invoice

Where do I find Quotes and Invoices?

Navigation: Select Quotes or Invoices from the sidebar.

  • Switch between Table and Board view. Makula remembers your choice.

  • Open any quote or invoice to see three tabs: Document, Activity Log and Emails.
